Explore our line of fresh foie gras. You can choose between deveined and non-deveined foie gras. If you want to make foie gras escalope, it should never be deveined. To satisfy as many people as possible, we have divided our foie gras range into several categories. We offer you foie gras between 350 and 500 g, called "extra conservation," for all of our preserves. Foie gras weighing 500 to 700 g, called "extra restaurant," is perfect for making terrines. Foie gras weighing more than 700 g is ideal for your recipes for escalopes and blocks of foie gras.
