We offer a range of ready-to-use sliced frozen foie gras. Our escalopes and stir-fry foie gras are made from our raw extra restaurant foie gras. Our escalopes come only from the big lobe of the liver, pre-dressed at the edges to make them perfectly even. The stir-fry packet contains unsized pieces of the small lobe of the liver. Our stir-fry and escalopes are packaged in resealable, hermetic, opaque bags.
