- 1kg of sweet potatoes

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C
- Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks about 2cm and then set aside
- Season the yellow duckling with salt and pepper
- Put the duckling in the oven at 180 ° C for 1 hour, basting regularly with the cooking fat
- Halfway through cooking, add the sweet potatoes to the dish
- Serve hot
