  • 1 yellow duckling of Père Ernest
  • 1kg of sweet potatoes
  • salt pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks about 2cm and then set aside
  3. Season the yellow duckling with salt and pepper
  4. Put the duckling in the oven at 180 ° C for 1 hour, basting regularly with the cooking fat
  5. Halfway through cooking, add the sweet potatoes to the dish
  6. Serve hot
