Processing, preparation & packaging

Our registered production site is situated in L’Oie in the Vendée. 15 000 m² surface area incorporates plenty of space for all stages of production: plucking, processing, preparation, & packaging.
In addition to the processing of Barbary and Mulard ducks, the company also produces Foie Gras. The Foie gras is selected by expert hands. Visually and by touch, each foie gras is graded.. Three options are possible: whole uncooked foie gras sales, the conservation unit of foie gras or the processed where the foie gras is transformed into escalopes, cubes or skewers.

Each week approximately
110 000 ducks are processed, of which 28 000 are Mulard ducks for their foie gras. 80% of ducks processed are jointed and packed into various duck portions.
