The conservation unit

To be able to process foie gras, Ernest SOULARD also owns another site which is entirely dedicated to this activity. In this factory, fresh foie gras is delivered from our main factory.
Depending on what product is to be processed the foie is de-veined, prepared, and packaged to various customer requirements and then cooked. The factory is equipped with latest equipment that is necessary to produce many final products: whole foie gras, blocks of foie gras , semi- preserved or preserved, in tins, glass jars, vacuum packs or tubes…
