IFS certification
Ernest SOULARD has been awarded for the 2nd consecutive year the IFS certification (International Food Standards) version 4 highest level. This norm was established by German and French retailers who defined the strict levels of quality control relating to the products distributed under their brand names.
The IFS certification is awarded following an extensive audit covering the points below:
- A Quality Management System ( quality manual and HACCP system)
- An undertaking by senior managers and the board of directors,
- Human Resources Management (employee hygiene awareness / training)
- Finished Product (client needs, purchasing, packaging, working conditions, cleaning, transportation, maintenance, tracability)
- Measurement, analysis, and continuous improvement procedures (internal audits, control and analysis of products, client complaints and corrective measures).
